This mission includes 1 optional goal - to collect all 6 pieces of evidence. In general, it is not necessary to collect them all. The first collection of evidence is the most important, because you will need it for Operation Chaos.
Evidence of Operation Chaos
To find evidence of Operation Chaos, follow the mission objectives until you reach the point where enemy forces are conducting exercises. Eliminate everyone and find one specific building on the right side of the road (the building is shown in the photo below). Enter the building and go upstairs.
The evidence is on the ground floor of the building.
There are several enemies at the top, including the general. Eliminate everyone and take a picture of the evidence on the wall, as in the photo below. You've just collected evidence for a side campaign task.

The remaining evidence needed to achieve an optional goal
The first evidence collected can be found at the very beginning of the mission in the guard's hut, marked in the photo below. Follow the instructions first. As soon as it becomes clear, go to the hut. Take a picture of the evidence hanging on the wall (it looks like a map).
The first evidence is very easy to find.
